Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Owner: National Cowboy Hall of Fame
The Norma Sutherland Garden evokes the character of the Old West in its use of rocky cliffs, waterfalls, a quiet pool of water, and Oklahoma regional plants. Connecting a wing of the Hall of Fame to the main galleries, this garden features curving flagstone walks that take the visitors through a rugged landscape which is inspired by both the natural areas of Oklahoma and the rich western art collection of the Hall. This $450,000 project was completed in 1999.
