award-winning design work of J. Robert Anderson

Country. This is evident in landscape features such
as walks, walls, stone terraces, and, most prominently,
water features.
Nature-Inspired landscapes recreate
the native and natural based settings taken from
the surrounding region. J. Robert Anderson has developed
expertise in reforming the components of the area
into design landmarks.
Place-Sensitive design takes cues from existing
settings such as the geometry and pattern of a 100-year-old
college campus. In careful placement and subtle
use of transitions and materials, this firm has

Water has always been an important element
in the history of the American West, and has been
woven into the landscapes and gardens designed by

Bergstrom International Airport. The natural spring
and the water garden at the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower
